By using the TinyNotes app, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
TinyNotes is intended for personal use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your device.
The app is free to use, and some features are unlocked with an optional one-time purchase (TinyNotes Premium).
TinyNotes Premium is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew automatically and is not charged repeatedly.
The payment is processed by Google Play and is subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. The developer does not handle or see your payment details.
The purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored from the app's settings (Restore purchases), for example on a new device.
The developer reserves the right to change which features are included in premium and what it costs. Such changes do not revoke a purchase you have already made.
TinyNotes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for all content you store in the app (notes, tasks, shopping lists, images, files, links).
You are responsible for backing up your data. The developer is not liable for any data loss or corruption.
You agree to use the app legally and ethically. You may not use the app for illegal activities.
The app's feedback form sends your message to the developer's email. Sending is voluntary, and you are responsible for what you write in the message.
Do not send sensitive information, passwords, or other people's personal data in feedback. The form may not be used for advertising, harassment, illegal content, or overloading the service, and the number of messages is rate limited to prevent abuse.
The developer does not guarantee that feedback will be answered or that a suggestion will be implemented. How feedback is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Location reminders rely on Android and on your device's positioning, so a reminder may be delayed or may not arrive at all, for example because of weak positioning, battery saving, or missing permissions.
Do not rely on location reminders, or any other reminder in the app, as an essential alert for safety, health, or any other critical matter.
Product details looked up by barcode come from the Open Food Facts database, and maps come from OpenStreetMap. These are third-party data sources whose content, availability, and accuracy the developer cannot guarantee.
Always check product details and prices yourself; prices stored in the app are entries made by users, not official store prices.
The app allows saving and opening external links. The developer is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites.
You use external links at your own risk.
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or other financial losses.
These limitations do not restrict the rights granted to consumers under Finnish law.
The TinyNotes app and all related intellectual property rights are the property of the developer.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without permission.
The developer may update these terms of service at any time. Changes will take effect when published.
By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the updated terms.
These terms of service are governed by the laws of Finland.
